5.1 How can I be guaranteed that my traffic will be terminated even if my primary terminator fails?

Buy several Routes for the same destination and set Priorities for them.

5.2 How do I use Priorities and Weights when ordering Routes?

BuySellMinutes uses the following rules to choose the Termination Contract: The Contract with the highest Priority will be chosen first (1 - highest priority, 10 - lowest priority). If several Contracts have the same Priority all calls will be proportionally distributed between them according to Weights. If several Contracts have the same Priority, and no Weights are defined, the Contract with the lowest Tariff will be selected. If the system fails to terminate a call through the chosen Contract other available Contracts will be tried according to the rules above.

5.3 After I buy a Route, when can I start sending minutes to that destination?

The bought Route is available immediately and you can already start originating calls.

5.4 How can I cancel the Route I bought?

Buying a Route does not imply any liability for you to originate any calls. It is just an instruction on how to route your traffic. You can simply delete any Route you bought.

5.5 Where can I get Call Detail Records to check BuySellMinutes statements?

All Call Detail Records are available on the Sales menu item. You can view them online and download in plain text format.

5.6 I have bought two separate Routes say for Romania (40) and for Romania Mobile (409). Romania Mobile (409) calls fail to complete. In this case will Romania mobile calls be terminated via the first Route for all Romania (40)?

No, they will not. All terminated area codes should be explicitly included in the Route details.

5.7 What should I do to buy minutes for a region which is not available for sale at BuySellMinutes.com?

You can set your Target for the desired region. When the matching Route appears we will either buy it for you immediately or notify you by e-mail, depending on your own choice. BuySellMinutes Sales Managers will keep track of your Targets and try to find termination for you.
