4.1 Are there any restrictions on how many Routes I can sell or buy?
No there are not.
4.2 Can I change parameters in one of my Routes?
Yes, you can. If you change IP-addresses used, your Route stays in the system. If you change the tariff or billing settings, your Route will be automatically replaced with a new one. Old Route is blocked for buying and remains in the system for 3 more days.
4.3 Can I delete my Route?
The system allows you to delete a Route. If you want to delete the Route you should check the Route and click ‘Remove' button. Route will be working for 3 more days and then will be removed.
4.5 Where can I get call detail records to check BuySellMinutes statements and payments?
All call detail records are available on the Sales menu item
4.6 Will I be informed if someone buys my Route?
No, currently BuySellMinutes does not support this functionality. However, the number of buyers is provided in Route Details.
4.7 Can I know beforehand, how much traffic I will receive from BuySellMinutes.com?
Currently BuySellMinutes doesn't provide traffic guarantees. The volume of traffic that you will receive depends on competitiveness of your routes. Before you add the new Route you may request volume estimate from our Sales managers.
