2.1 When can I test my equipment with BuySellMinutes?
You can contact BuySellMinutes Technical Support or fill out the Request to Test form. After that we schedule the time of testing which usually takes places within several days after the request.
2.2 What should my engineers do to prepare for testing with BuySellMinutes?
Login to www.BuySellMinutes.com and fill out the Request to Test form. Schedule the Testing Date with BuySellMinutes Technical Support. Prior to the Testing Date, login to www.BuySellMinutes.com and register your equipment under the Support/Equipment. Use User Manual that will guide you through the configuration process. After you have completed your configuration, please request to make your Account Active for testing purposes only. Once your Account is activated you can buy Termination Contracts and make test Calls.
2.3 What is the BuySellMinutes IP Address?
VoIP Termination Service: 216.206.188.200. To test with BuySellMinutes originators and terminators of traffic have to open their access lists for the signal part (port 1720, 1719, 5060) for the above mentioned IP addresses.
